What do you make?
Custom turned and milled parts: bushings, sleeves, spacers, washers, pins, shafts, shoulder bolts, rollers, nuts, flanges, plates and more. See the catalog. New kinds of work are welcome too.
Do I need a drawing?
No. A print or STEP file is best, but a photo next to a ruler plus key measurements, or a page from your manual, works. Use Match my old part.
How fast is a quote?
Usually 1–2 business days. Every request is read and priced by a machinist.
What quantities?
We're set up for runs of 5, 10 and 25, and can quote 1–2 pieces too. Larger runs get quantity breaks on the quote.
What materials?
Stainless (303, 304), 1018 steel, 4140, 6061 aluminum, 360 brass, cast nylon, Delrin, UHMW, PTFE, or material you supply.
How big can you go?
Bar-fed turned parts up to about 2-1/4 in. OD; larger turned and milled parts (up to about 8.5 in. OD discs, plates to about 12 in.) are quoted by hand.
What tolerances?
±.005 in. standard; tighter to ±.0005 in. on request.

What payment do you take?

What happens after I send it?
Your request gets a reference number. Stages: Received → Quoting → Quoted → PO in → In production → Ready → Shipped. We email you at each step that matters.
